feat(intel): singularity mode v2 — direct/cross blast, filtered imports, visual overhaul
- blast radius now split into blast_direct (same-file coupling) and blast_cross (cross-file transitive coupling); shown as two big hero numbers with distinct accent colours (blue/orange) - import ops (::import addresses) excluded from all blast counts and blast_top — eliminates the useless 'import' chips - gravity bar moved inside the blast section; acts as a contextual weight indicator for the blast numbers - churn section: headline shows 'N changes · M authors', stat nums bumped to 22px bold, sparkline zero values render as gaps not dots - SCSS full rewrite: bigger numbers (22px blast hero, 18px churn stats), recency-faded sparkline bars, co-sym chips with hover, gap spans for zero-value weeks - test_per_symbol_intel_contains_expected_fields updated for new fields
