MuseHub DMCA Takedown Process

Overview
MuseHub respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content hosted on MuseHub infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) or equivalent national legislation.
How to Submit a Takedown Notice
Send your notice to:

Subject line: DMCA Takedown — {owner}/{repo}
Your notice must include:
- Your identification: your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Identification of the copyrighted work: describe the work you claim is infringed (title, URL of the original work, or sufficient description to identify it).
- Identification of the infringing content: the URL(s) on MuseHub where the infringing content appears (e.g.
https://musehub.ai/gabriel/my-repo/blob/main/track.mid). - A statement of good faith: "I have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
- A statement of accuracy: "I declare under penalty of perjury that the information in this notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner."
- Your signature: physical or electronic signature.
Our Response
- We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days.
- We will review and act on valid notices within 5 business days.
- Action may include: disabling access to the content, notifying the content owner, or removing the repository.
Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:
- Your identification (name, address, phone, email).
- Identification of the removed content and the URL where it appeared.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Consent to jurisdiction of your local federal court (if in the US) or equivalent.
- Your signature.

Repeat Infringers
MuseHub will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances, consistent with the DMCA and our Terms of Service.
Agent Operators
If an autonomous agent pushed infringing content, the takedown notice should name the agent's handle and the human operator responsible for that agent. Operator responsibility is established at key-registration time.
