Expanded #audit: tamper-evidence mechanism explained — audit_id = SHA-256(canonical JSON), Python derivation example, concrete on-disk entry, verification recipe. Expanded #plugin: ~45-line JsonConfigPlugin implementation (fingerprints on changed key set, not raw bytes; falls back to blob fp on parse error; wired into domain via harmony_plugin()). Fixed all 4 broken callouts (added svg+div wrappers). Fixed phase nav buttons (devdocs-phase-nav-btn pattern). Added devdocs-section class to all sections. Sidebar nav updated.
