docs(identity): IMPL-06 — agent sub-keys, recovery, quorum multi-sig, MPay full example

798 → 1176 lines. New sections: #agent-keys (MUSE_AGENT_KEY_FD injection flow, identity resolution order, Agentception sequence with Python examples), #recover (interactive muse auth recover transcript, mnemonic backup callout). Added muse auth show --json concrete output in #key-model derivation path section. Expanded #quorum with worked 2-of-3 multi-sig push payload + hub accept/reject responses. Expanded #mpay with full sign→submit→verify worked example (muse sign payment output, MPayClaimRequest POST, MPayClaimResponse JSON, ledger response). Fixed broken MPay callout (added svg + div wrapper). Fixed prev nav button (added devdocs-phase-nav-btn--prev). All subsection headers upgraded to devdocs-subsection-title with anchor links. Sidebar nav updated.
