docs(coordination): IMPL-08 — multi-agent scenario, DAG output, depends-on chain

New #scenario section: orchestrator+3 worker full pipeline — shard into 3 import-graph zones, enqueue 3 tasks, workers race to claim (with claim JSON output), reserve symbols, forecast detects address_overlap and operation_conflict, orchestrator serializes via depends-on, workers commit + release + complete, orchestrator collects results table. Expanded #dag section: concrete 3-step rename→modify→test depends-on chain with full build sequence, muse coord dag --json output showing node status (active/blocked), edges array, topological_order, active/blocked counts, and ASCII visualization of execution order. Fixed all 4 broken callouts (svg+div). Fixed phase nav buttons. Added devdocs-section class to all sections. Sidebar nav updated.
