pages/_clones.scss: structural layout only (.cl-wrap, .cl-stats, .cl-stat, .cl-hotspots, .cl-list, .cl-row grid, .cl-detail-chips, .cl-member-list, .cl-file-breakdown, .cl-empty); responsive breakpoints at 800px and 480px
components/_clones.scss: visuals only (.cl-badge--exact/--near with color-mix tokens, .cl-cross-file warning color, .cl-lang-pill teal, .cl-kind-badge muted, bar fills using --color-accent/--color-warning, empty state styling)
app.scss: @use "components/clones" after velocity; @use "pages/clones" as page-clones after coupling
SCSS build clean (sass --style=compressed, no errors)
