fix(#24): equal columns, timeline breathing room, heat-bar tier colours
Layout: - sym2-detail-grid: 1fr 300px → 1fr 1fr (equal provenance/sidebar columns) - gap: 0.75rem → 1rem for more air between columns
Timeline readability (detail-page scoped overrides): - sym2-tl-content bottom padding 0.45rem → 0.85rem; top 0.05rem → 0.15rem - sym2-tl-message: white-space normal (no truncation), 0.82rem, margin-top - sym2-tl-epoch: margin-top 0.6rem → 1.1rem (chapter-break breathing room) - sym2-tl-line opacity 0.3 → 0.45 (more visible connective tissue)
Coupling heat bar: - remove linear-gradient from sym2-heat-fill (gradient hid true value) - solid tier colours: ≥60% danger · ≥30% orange · default accent · <10% muted - modifier class set in template via coupling_pct threshold
