feat(#24-p7): timeline polish — refactor overlay tags + styled gap dividers

- sd-tl-refactor-tag rendered in sym2-tl-header when entry.refactor_kind is set (purple pill, lowercase, wired to refactor_commit_kinds dict from Phase 1 data) - gap divider text: ASCII arrows replaced with single <span> for CSS treatment - sym2-detail-page .sym2-tl-gap: flex + ::before/::after pseudo-element lines creates a centred label flanked by hairlines — visually distinct from entries - both visible (first 8) and collapsed (remaining) loop bodies updated uniformly
