refactor(tests): route .muse/ paths through helpers in 10 more files
Fix integrity_I4_msgpack_size, shelf_msgpack_storage, cmd_merge, security_branch_ref_injection, core_coverage_gaps, cmd_shelf, cmd_gc_hardening, cmd_code_add, prune_supercharge (cmd_auth_keygen_hd exempt — all fake_home auth paths). Rename self-shadowing locals (ref_path, shelf_dir, merge_state_path, releases_dir, heads_dir).
