fix(netlify): pin Node 20 for bridge site and repo (.nvmrc)

Bridge deploy/bridge/netlify.toml had no NODE_VERSION; Netlify used Node 22 and @netlify/build failed with TypeError on packageName. Root netlify.toml already set NODE_VERSION=20 for gateway. Add the same for bridge plus .nvmrc so all builds default to Node 20.
