docs: hosted Hub–MCP parity matrix, G1 checklist, Track A recipes

Add PARITY-MATRIX-HOSTED.md mapping capabilities to Hub flows, gateway or bridge/canister APIs, and hosted MCP tools, with intentional-difference notes and Hub-only routes.

Link the matrix from the interlock doc; extend HOSTED-MCP-TOOL-EXPANSION with tools-only prompt-intent recipes; refresh NEXT-SESSION handoff and pasteable prompt order.

Tests: npm test (1505 pass).
