docs: hosted Hub–MCP interlock roadmap and next-session handoff

- Add HOSTED-HUB-MCP-INTERLOCK.md (G0–G5, H0–H4, anti-drift, precautions) - Add NEXT-SESSION-HOSTED-HUB-MCP.md (pasteable prompt, order G0/G1 before Track B, prompts B1–B3 and resources R0–R3 phasing, all 13 prompt IDs) - Link from AGENT-INTEGRATION.md and HOSTED-MCP-TOOL-EXPANSION.md
