fix(hub): note edit body layout and resizable markdown editor

- Wrap Body (Markdown) in #detail-edit-body-wrap; flex-shrink 0 so the block cannot collapse; white-space normal on edit form vs read pre-wrap. - Replace fragile initial style.height from getBoundingClientRect with CSS min/max height and height auto; clamp drag resize with safe fallbacks. - Add drag strip between body and media toolbar; teardown resize listener on panel close; aria-label on grip (no title tooltip). - Document changes in web/hub/CHANGELOG.md.
