fix(landing): Band B link borders use accent color

Style band-b-step-link as bordered pills with accent border/background so borders stay visible in light and dark theme.

feat(hub): Integrations lede + inline How? for Hub API

Replace long intro with a short line plus <details> How? (accent label, expandable body). Add Phase 5 checklist item and HUB-SETTINGS-HOSTED-UX-PASS handoff doc for the broader hosted-first Settings/How-to sweep.
