fix(hub): move Hub API block above Agent Configuration, clarify scope

Integrations intro states Hub API applies to hosted and self-hosted gateways. Reorder panel: Capture → Import → post-import notes → Advanced Ecosystems → Hub API → Agent Configuration. Add spacing below Copy Hub URL row before the AGENT-INTEGRATION.md line (settings-hub-api-doc-ref + copy-actions margin).
