fix(hub): Settings Backup/Integrations button prominence and layout

Use btn-primary for Connect GitHub and Copy Hub URL, token & vault so they match other accent CTAs with existing hover styles. Reorder Integrations: Hub API first with token-expiry guidance under Troubleshoot details; move token savings, meetings, and audio notes below Import sources; nest Muse and AgentCeption under Advanced Ecosystems <details>. Add flex helpers for the GitHub row and copy actions row.
