feat(hosted): provenance merge on gateway POST /notes + canister GET frontmatter

- Gateway: mergeProvenanceFrontmatter then JSON.stringify(frontmatter) so the canister extractJsonString path receives the same shape as self-hosted writes - Canister: return stored frontmatter JSON on list and GET note (was hardcoded {}) - Tests: gateway body transform mirrors hub-provenance reserved-key rules
