Phase 3.1: time and causal filters; Phase 12 reservation (blockchain/wallets)

Phase 3.1: - lib/vault.mjs: readNote() returns updated, causal_chain_id, entity, episode_id - lib/chunk.mjs, lib/indexer.mjs: pass causal_chain_id, entity, episode_id to store - lib/vector-store.mjs: buildFilter (chain, entity, episode), search() since/until (post-filter), order; upsert payload includes new fields - lib/search.mjs: runSearch() accepts since, until, order, chain, entity, episode - cli: list-notes --since, --until, --chain, --entity, --episode; search same + --order

Phase 12 reservation: - docs/BLOCKCHAIN-AND-AGENT-PAYMENTS.md: reserved frontmatter, --network/--wallet, capture, AIR-on-chain; no collision with --chain (causal) - docs/IMPLEMENTATION-PLAN.md: Phase 12 section, table, session row; What we're not forgetting - docs/SPEC.md: §12 extension point for blockchain/wallets/agent payments
