Track B3 prep: memory HTTP H0 docs, parity matrix, gateway proxy tests
Document eight /api/v1/memory* gateway→bridge routes, bridge auth and JSON shapes (including memory/search stub), and formatMemoryEventsAsync parity notes in HOSTED-HUB-MCP-INTERLOCK and PARITY-MATRIX-HOSTED.
Add test/gateway-memory-bridge-proxy.test.mjs to assert proxy forwards path, query, body, Authorization, and X-Vault-Id.
Update NEXT-SESSION handoff for B3 prep status.
