Gateway: CORS multi-origin support; deploy doc HUB_CORS_ORIGIN

- server.mjs: HUB_CORS_ORIGIN can be comma-separated; reflect request Origin when in list so both knowtation.store and www.knowtation.store work. - DEPLOY-STEPS-ONE-PAGE: Step 5/6 document HUB_CORS_ORIGIN and add www example; clarify that missing CORS causes 'Could not reach the gateway'.
