fix(hub): match header divider weight to search section; accent calendar icon

- hub-header border-bottom 2px + same color-mix as search-section. - Replace date picker filter hack with SVG mask + var(--accent) fill for WebKit and -moz-calendar-picker-indicator (visible in dark mode).
