feat(hub): Phase 4A₂ client ZIP + 4B sequential multi-import (UI + docs)

- Import modal: multiple file input, webkitdirectory folder (ZIP in browser), batch cancel, aria-live - JSZip from CDN; sequential POST for pdf/docx/csv/json batch (max 200), client zip for tree types - Docs: IMPORT-SOURCES, phases, PARITY, AGENT-INTEGRATION, manual checklist; hub.css layout for actions
