test(hub): add JSZip import-zip module and unit tests

- web/hub/hub-client-import-zip.mjs: mode (direct, client_zip, sequential), limits, buildImportZipBlobWithJsZip - web/hub/hub-import-zip-shim.mjs: expose knowtationHubImportZip for hub.js (global JSZip) - test/hub-client-import-zip.test.mjs: mode matrix and small zip round-trip - jszip dependency (package.json)
