docs: whitepaper v3.0, README overhaul, AI-assisted setup guide
Whitepaper (v2.2 → v3.0): - Lead with founding thesis: agents need accurate context at lowest cost. Three levers: two-step retrieval, memory consolidation, memory-aware prompts. - Dedicated section 2 explains all three levers with mermaid diagram - Full product inventory: 14 importers, 33 MCP tools, 23 resources, 13 prompts, 5 memory providers, consolidation daemon, billing, attestation/ICP, Supabase bridge, wallet/blockchain imports - All "planned" language replaced with shipped-feature language - Thesis expanded to 7 points, led by "right context, lowest cost"

Your data." - "Why Knowtation exists" section explains the three token-savings levers before any feature list - "How Knowtation is different" positioning section retained - Quick-start (~5 min) with Hub and MCP paths - AI IDE setup section linking to new guide - Refreshed repo layout, docs table, contributing section
