fix(hub): UI polish — brighter borders, settings declutter, button visibility

- Merge Agents tab into Integrations (8 → 7 settings tabs) - Widen settings modal from 680px to 820px (consolidation no longer clips) - Bump dark theme --border brightness ~10% across all 12 palettes - Add section spacing (margin-top) for settings panel headings - Bold filter chips and view tab labels (font-weight: 600) - Media toolbar buttons get brighter border (20% toward --text) - Chip default color changed from --muted to --text for readability
