chore(docs): remove internal roadmaps from public tree; fix links

Remove tracked copies of operator/session/hosted roadmap markdown per maintainer preference; keep canonical OSS docs + hub/*/README operators runbooks.

Rewire WHY-KNOWTATION and IMPLEMENTATION-PLAN references to TOKEN-SAVINGS, WHITEPAPER, PARITY-MATRIX-HOSTED, HUB-API, and gateway/bridge READMEs.

Tests: npm test (1545 pass).
