Soft-delete repos on profile page

The profile page shows all repos owned by a user. When a repo is deleted it should follow the same soft-delete semantics as the repo list: hidden during the grace period, not permanently removed until GC runs.

Ensure the profile page repo grid respects deleted_at filtering consistently with the repo list endpoint. Users in the grace period should see a visual indicator that the repo is pending deletion with an option to recover.
