Entirely contingent on launch having happened. Recurring-schedule items (monthly dependency updates, quarterly DR exercise, quarterly permissions/cost review, annual domain review) should become real calendar reminders once there is a launch date — premature to schedule now, and some (quarterly DR exercise) are only meaningful once backups/restore procedures exist.

No longer premature to think about — there's a real launch date now (2026-08-25), production has been live for two weeks. The recurring-cadence items (monthly dependency updates, quarterly DR exercise, quarterly permissions/cost review, annual domain review) are all technically unblocked now (backups/restore exist to actually exercise, access model is real enough to review), but actually scheduling them needs a calendar/task tool decision that isn't mine to make from here.

Split to #179 as "ready to schedule" rather than leaving it looking blocked.
