Production readiness — Section 16: Documentation and Runbooks
This checklist effort is the start of this section. Still missing: architecture/data-flow diagrams, incident response doc, break-glass access doc, secret rotation doc, contact/escalation paths. Several items (database restoration, alarm remediation) cannot be meaningfully written until their underlying capability exists (backups, alarms).
Re-verified against current reality — most of this section's "blocked on everything else" premises are resolved. Confirmed done: every AWS account/region, DNS/cert ownership, staging+production deployment, rollback (tested, not just documented), user-access provisioning (joiner/leaver docs exist), break-glass access, dependency inventory, decision log, accepted-risks log, versioned docs, and local dev setup (README Quickstart — the original pass hadn't checked).
Remaining real gaps (architecture diagrams, incident response doc, database restoration procedure, etc.) split to #179.
Closing.
Added docs/production-readiness/runbook-deploy-onboarding.md — a team-onboarding deploy runbook covering the expanded 5-person team (Gabriel, Aaron, interns Sol/Toby/Ben) and their access tiers.
