Confirmed inconsistent/absent resource tagging: prod EC2 instance has only a Name tag, the musehub-releases S3 bucket has none at all. Baseline cost is already documented (~$35/month for both environments).

Work: apply a consistent tag set (Application/Environment/Owner/Managed-by/Cost-center) across every resource. Budgets and Cost Anomaly Detection blocked on the broader access grant.
