No IaC exists today — everything was provisioned by hand via one-off bash scripts. Recommendation: Terraform/OpenTofu (small EC2-centric footprint, needs both the aws and cloudflare providers since DNS is on Cloudflare).

Work: stand up Terraform covering the current manually-created resource set — import existing resources, do not recreate them.
