Vault history push to aaronrene/knowtation-vault-smoke via gabriel-muse MWP (separate blocker — see gabriel/muse issue for pack 404 if still failing).

Note

This is human-facing vault UI, not the Scooling 9A-4 F7 provenance API (separate musehub issue). Deploys can be bundled or separate.
