perf: merge profile.snapshot into push intel batch — saves one SELECT round-trip

enqueue_push_intel now accepts owner= and includes profile.snapshot in the same SELECT IN + add_all as the push intel jobs. One DB round-trip instead of two. Updated the spy fixture in conftest to also patch the wire module's module-level reference (required since enqueue_push_intel is now imported at module level in musehub_wire).
