docs: update identity and domains docs for Phase 1 hash-derived domain integers
- Replace all sequential domain integers (0-6) with hash-derived values (1660078172, 284229149, 678195575, 1755707987, 1444628350, 1658731548, 1556829714) - Update domain namespace table, hd_path_decoded, recovery transcript - Update all Python code examples (derive_sub_seed domain args) - Update identity.toml examples for human and agent hd_path fields - Add muse migrate domain-integers and muse path annotate to Auth CLI table - Add new Migration section (with dry-run JSON output and warning callout) - Add domain-integers subsection to domains Registry section with formula, lookup table, and muse domain index/lookup/list/check CLI examples - Add muse path annotate to domains Registry CLI block
