refactor: rename twitter_handle → social_handle across the codebase

Twitter is no longer the canonical social platform. social_handle is platform-agnostic (Farcaster, Bluesky, etc.). Includes Alembic migration f6a7b8c9d0e1 to rename the DB column in musehub_identities.
