fix: bind backend in wire_fetch_presign, log OBJECT_MISSING_R2 before presigning
Fixes the last get_backend() unbound call. Also adds exists() check before each presign so missing objects log OBJECT_MISSING_R2 with the exact oid — previously the client just got a silent 404 from R2 with no diagnostic info.
