chore: bump musehub to 0.2.1rc5
Covers this cycle's wire-protocol hardening (musehub#108 MWP9): fetch.mpack.prebuild dedup against running jobs, terminal-failure for exhausted stale jobs, the worker commit-gating fix that made the previous fix actually persist, the deploy-time schema gate's asyncpg/run_sync fix, and the prebuild supersede- retry fix for cache-propagation races during concurrent repairs. All verified on staging: fresh clone of gabriel/musehub now reports 0 signature failures across 1631 commits.
