docs: mark musehub#117 Phase 4 (DOM_14, DOM_15) done

Docs/CLI polish for muse domains publish: corrected every stale --viewer-type/--capabilities example and help text, added --dry-run for local schema validation. Verified live against staging with a fresh CLI install and the exact documented quickstart example.
