test: add push XS unit tests P1–P5 (issue #64)

All 7 tests pass against real localhost infrastructure — no mocks, no ASGI, no conftest. P3 polls the pack index before checking MinIO because the bundle.index background job promotes objects from DB cache to MinIO storage.
