refactor: purge all legacy CSS token aliases

Replace every --font-size-*, --font-weight-*, --border-muted, and --gradient-accent reference with their canonical --text-*, --weight-*, --border-default/strong, and --gradient-spectral equivalents.

Delete the alias definitions from theme/_tokens.scss and theme/_typography.scss. No more legacy in the codebase.
