chore: bump musehub to 0.2.1rc4, restoring lockstep with muse

muse just moved to 0.2.1rc4 (gated the suspended midi domain behind MUSE_ENABLE_MIDI). Found in passing that musehub's pyproject.toml had already drifted to rc2 while muse was at rc3 -- restoring lockstep per the documented shared-version release convention rather than chasing down how/when that drift happened.
