feat(profile): redesign identity manifest to 3-card terminal grid

Replaces the alternating key-value list with three horizontally tiled cards inside a monospace terminal-style bordered box:

- Card 1 (identity): handle, identity_type, model_id/spawned_by (agent), key_source (human) - Card 2 (cryptographic key): fingerprint, algorithm: Ed25519, avax_addr (human) / trust_chain (agent) - Card 3 (registration/schedule): registered, expires (agent), scope (agent), status: active

SCSS: removes prof-manifest* / prof-mono-sm; adds prof-mfst* grid system with dashed inner card-title divider and type-colored value modifiers.
