feat: move attestation docs to /muse/identity; fix scroll offset; remove symbol footprint

- Full #attestations section added to docs_muse_identity.html (after #trust-chain) covering canonical message format, 17 claim types, 3 scopes, CLI commands, REST API - Profiles page #attestations section replaced with one-paragraph callout linking to /muse/identity#attestations - scroll-margin-top: 72px added to .devdocs-section so deep-link anchors clear the sticky navbar - Symbol Footprint section and .footprint* CSS rules removed from profile page
