fix(profile): edge-to-edge hero — remove L/R padding, add 32px top padding

Match MCP page pattern: - .prof-hero: padding 0 16px (background edge-to-edge, tiny side safety margin) - .prof-hero-inner: 32px top, 0 sides (was undefined top + 24px sides) - .prof-hero-strip: 0 side padding (parent handles horizontal inset) - .prof-projects: 0 side padding (same)
