docs: track aaronrene onboarding mist source in-repo, not /tmp

Also fixes an ambiguous ./muse vs .muse read -- gabriel misread the original './muse' (relative-path notation: 'a directory named muse here') as '.muse' (hidden directory) at a glance. Same clone semantics as git the whole time, just reworded to remove any chance of that misread for aaronrene, the actual target reader.

Establishes docs/mists/ as the parallel to docs/issues/ for mist source docs, per the same in-repo tracking policy -- muse rm once the mist is no longer being actively maintained.
