docs: add phase 11 and 12 to getting-started What's next table

The 'What's next' section was a static table capped at phase 10. Add rows for: 11 — Identity Profiles (/muse/profiles) 12 — Mist Domain (/muse/mists)

Sidebar nav was already fully dynamic (iterates _PHASES) so no route or Python changes needed.
