fix: hide AVAX row when null, default repo domain to code
- ProfileRepoSummary gains domain field; get_public_repos defaults to 'code' when domain_id is unset - Profile template hides AVAX strip item when avax_address is None (was showing 'not set' placeholder) - tests/factories.py create_repo now passes domain_id to ORM constructor - New service tests: domain defaults to code, explicit domain preserved - New UI tests: AVAX hidden when null (two test sites: simple _make_profile and _make_identity_with_repos)
