docs_muse_identity.html: - Rewrite HD key model section with six-level path structure - Add derivation path subsection with 1075233755 purpose integer and formula - Add domain namespace table (0=identity through 7=media, open) - Add entity type table (human/agent/org only — ENTITY_SERVICE removed) - Add least-privilege subsection with domain-scoped agent delegation examples - Clarify quorum is a threshold policy over paths, not an entity type - Update identity tagline: 'In addition to humans, agents and organizations are first-class citizens'
