fix(languages-intel): stat chip shows total repo language count, not page length
- Add total_languages aggregate query (COUNT) to intel_languages_page - Template Languages chip now uses total_languages | fmtnum instead of languages | length — correctly shows 25 when top=20 is active, and correctly thousands-formats large counts - Document total_languages in route docstring
