feat(stable): add symbol_kind column, kind filter, index meta context

- Migration 0009: ADD COLUMN symbol_kind VARCHAR(64) to musehub_intel_stable - ORM: mapped symbol_kind on MusehubIntelStable - StableProvider: stores symbol_kind from musehub_symbol_intel per row - Route intel_stable_page: ?kind= filter (function/method/class/async_method), loads index_meta for ref/symbol_count/built_at context panel - Template: kind filter chips (mirroring gravity pattern), index meta bar, symbol_kind badge on each row; uses intel-filter-bar / intel-filter-pills - Tests: 4 new kind-filter tests (P2_08b–P2_08d); fixture seeds symbol_kind; all 51 Phase 1 + Phase 2 tests pass
